KCCA has decided to partially accept real-time video classes for members of
domestic and foreign associations who are having a lot of difficulty in taking classes due to the long-term Covid-19. The contents of the decision are as follows. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Basically, real-time video is limited to overseas countries where difficult to leave the country. Real-time online classes are available from overseas to overseas or from Korea to overseas, face-to-face classes are a principle in Korea. 2. Please invite the association together with the trainee for check the real-time online Zoom class. Please send invitations to the association email (candlecraft@naver.com) or Kakao Talk-Plus Friends (add 'kcca' friends). 3. The association provides a paid Zoom ID for free if the instructor wants it, so please request if necessary. However, if there are many applicants, time will be allocated in the order of reception, the use time between members can be adjusted. 4. If you use the Instructor ID, you must submit a report from the Zoom program by email to confirm the class time,student participation in the online class for class confirmation. If you are using the association's official Zoom ID, you do not need to submit a report. Please refer to the attached file for how to submit the report. 5. If difficult to submit the report in Paragraph 4, please take a screenshot or take a picture of each real-time class and send it by e-mail. The capture or photo file must show the faces of the students and instructors, as well as the computer date and time. 6. Classes are based on real-time log-in status with Zoom, classes sent as recorded video files are not accepted. Only live classes in which the instructor and trainee participate together are accepted. 7. For more information on using Zoom, please contact the association (candlecraft@naver.com). |
